ITS SEASIDE DAY... Friday 30th July, so children come ready for beach themed fun (bouncy castle too!!)
HELEN.... is recovering well after her operation in June, we shall keep you informed when she is due to return back to work (knowing Helen it won't be long!!)
TESSA.... is due back from maternity leave during August and she will be working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Welcome back Tessa we have all missed you!
AKIRA.... is due to go on maternity leave at the end of July - well done Akira for carrying on through a warm summer!
WELCOME TO.... Catie Vassallo and Teresa Stanley who have joined the team as Trainees.
THE OFFICE .... we have also been renovated and are enjoying our newly decorated and "calm" interior!

SWINE FLU INFORMATION
WE CONTINUE TO ASK FOR SUPPORT FROM PARENTS AND STAFF BY:
- Keeping contact details up to date
- Staying away if you or family members have flu-like symptoms AND informing us as soon as possible of this.
- Following government guidelines on hygiene
- Work together with the Nursery by implementing a "NO RISK" policy - if your child has an unusually high temperature or presents flu-like symptoms please do not bring your child in
WE WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW OUR OPERATIONAL PLAN AND STRICT HYGIENE PROCEDURES REGARDING HANDWASHING AS WELL AS THE "CATCH IT, BIN IT, KILL IT" PROCEDURES AND:
- Implementing hand sanitisers for anyone coming in through the front door
- Removal of cuddly/soft toys in the short term, which could harbour bacteria
- Isolate a child with unusually high temperatures or present flu-like symptoms unti a parent can collect them
DO YOU THINK YOUR CHILD HAS SWINE FLU?
Do they have a HIGH TEMPERATURE (38 or above)? and TWO of the following symptoms?
- cough or shortness of breath
- loss of appetite
- aching muscles
- chills
- runny nose/sneezing
- diarrhoea/vomiting
- tiredness
- limb or joint pain
- sore throat
- headache
IF SO DO NOT BRING THEM IN
