| Recruitment&Training We are always interested to hear from people who are enthusiastic and dedicated to working in childcare. We are proud of our training programme and have an excellent retention of staff. Training is available in NVQ level's 2 & 3. Further training opportunities include First Aid, Level 2 in Food Safety, Special Needs, Manual Handling, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Infection Control. EYFS related training is also undertaken by staff. We also undertake training through the TADO (training and development opportunities) provided by the County Council when this is accessible.
